unfortunate.. its the only reason that i can think of why the manifold would crack at the flange. with the turbo free to vibrate, guess its only a matter of time before it breaks off the flange. this is not so much a problem with cast manifolds, but is a definite issue with s/s or thinwall manifolds.
did rgm remove and refit the turbo when they did the decat? if so you might be able to make a claim against them?
