Guys i need some guidence/advice. I want to up my car performance, I recently put on a AC shnitzer exhaust kit, but still I NEED MORE.
Whats the word on the street as to where to get these things done, I also dont want it to mess with the Motorplan of the car. I enquired from BMW but they are taking quite some time to get back to.:nonono:

Why don't you look at a F30 335?
By the way, what gains did you get from the AC schnitzer exhaust kit?

I am going to put it on a dyno then will post the gains up. 335 is the best bet just looking for the best price.

I see this so often. You want performance go straight for the F30 335i 8speed auto.
I would just like to add that a number of people say there is a large difference in price. Not so,if you order the car straight from the factory you can leave out a lot of goodies you don't need and save thousands.
The other advantage on the 335 is that items specified on the other models as options are standard on the 335 and this has to be born in mind when you shop.

+another one.

I didn't go mad with all the gadgets on my car I wanted performance and I wanted it to look good, instead of going for the packages, made sure I had my minimum requirements which was Xenon light, sunroof, auto with paddles, leather seats & 19" wheels, luckily some items were standard! Then it was the MPerformance Aerokit I had to have it! And I'm so happy with my car.

yeah, so i contact BMW SA directly and there is no performance upgrade at the moment for the 3.28i, besides the M performance exhaust. :thumbdo:
Looks like an upgrade is in order then to the 335 when the budget dictates it a possibility.

I will post dyno, pics and audio as soon as I can.

Do the AC Schnitzer power upgrade!!

Will be around R45000 and on the website they claim 180kw to 217kw!

PS. It is motorplan approved.
