320d vs 220d (coupe) vs 420d GC (all auto)

420d has looks, practicality, exclusivity and in this country, lower hijack risk. However, performance is not its strong point. You do feel the weight and is not as nimble as the 3 series. 330d is the ultimate solution for me.

420 is a looker, practically the 320D makes more sense, easier to sell and probably get a better trade.

I say 3 series is the right choice.

Not sure about the head room in the 420gc but as a coupe owner it sucks. Also, I should have gotten the gc cause getting out for passengers double suck. 420gc boot space is sick and I’d go for that.

headroom at the back isn't great but for kids its fine...my rule is teh passenger gets out..or get out that side

i have never bought a car worrying if other people will find it comfortable or not, so if it was me, would go for the 4. best part of the 1 series coupe i had was the lunch time crowd at work was always responsible for transport:roflol:

Personally I think the GC 4 series is hideous. 220d way too small for a guy wanting to start a family unless the wife has a nice SUV.

These GC cars remind me of okes at the gym that think they are well built because they buy T-shirts 2 sizes too small.
