Hi there, we don't have an agent in CPT as he moved up to pretoria a year ago.

But we are opening a workshop in 2017 and we already have the agent down there setting up.

Yep, paid him the day I was supposed to collect the car:
3500 for software, with no dyno sheet?
2600 for downpipe
2500 for carbon clean.

I still cannot contact him via cell, he sent me an email on Friday to say his cell is damaged. This guy has to be the most unfortunate man on earth.
I have emailed him asking for a refund for the software so I can do it either with Xcede once their CPT dealer is online or RK.

The saga has ended. After four weeks of back and forth with chip tuner:RedNo:

I went to collect my car from Mario at C-teq, only to find that he had locked the ECU. Had to have the car towed to Damien (ATM chip Tuning).

Damian struggled to get the correct file from Mario for 3 days. This guy is well meaning but could have bricked my ECU. Any way once he had the right file he was able to load a map on the car. The guys at ATM were a joy to deal with. Kept me well updated with progress (or lack there of).

The car is home and performance is considerably better. Lesson learnt.

Still struggling to get funds back from Mario of so called c-teq. He has not paid me back for the work he failed to complete. If anyone knows his actual last name please share so I can complete my application at the small claims court.

Damn, is C-Teq still around.....I was the 1st car and kind of the guinea pig for reaper software. Always got great service from Mario but seems things were always moving at a faster pace then what they could work but alas a great bunch of guys. I also had a very similiar experience to your above re. the ECU errors, took about 2-3 days to resolve. Car ran well till I did stg2 and car felt slower but I then sold the car and never ever had the opportunity to really see how far or well we could tune the car. Not cool regarding the money issue, hope you get it sorted out with him, seeing as I saw him buying some new fun toys.

Just to inform i also had Carbon Clean done with them ,also read about them on the Forum seems like good guys and i did the carbon clean all
i requested was to have before and after pictures so i could see the difference of the work done !! he promise me he will send it via email at that time im stocked so i know i came to the right guys to my surprise i never got any pic's and when i tried reaching out to get the pic's no response ...to this day im not sure if they actually did the carbon clean or not !!

Was abit disappointment but i just moved on from that , but for the other member's please take note of C-Teq

This is sad when companies need and want business and aftersales service and proffesionalisme lacks. I will also be shopping around for a tuner shortly.
