Help is needed!! I travel 280km to and from work. I bought this car and for 19 months she was great to me. Then started to surge and one day while driving, the engine cut out and wouldn't start. When I checked, I found the CCV valve was busted. I replaced that, including all vacuum hoses, but still she will not start. I disconnected the MAF and tried starting her - no luck. When I remove the airbox and close the intake snorkle about 90%, she will start and idle, but not rev up. When I remove the cap from the snorkle the car dies immediatly. I have to spray a bit of quick-start into the air intake to get it to start. I would appreciate any assistance, as I need to get her sorted to get to work!!:dunno::dunno:
