318I BMW

Hi All
First of all I would like to welcome myself to the forum.

I drive a 318i e46 bmw, and have ben working on it to maintain it to pretty good condition.
I currently need to do the rear diff mounting, and from reading through the forums it seems that a special tool is required to maintain sanity for the job. Anyone know where to get the tool locally, or perhaps even rent it ?

Your best bet would be to order it from ebay or have it made/make it. BMW also sells tools, but I am assuming that is not an option.

BMW seriously overcharge, they want to charge me 4 hours labor for this job. I can do this myself in less time. just thought someone would have done the job already and may have the tool, i could rent / buy.
