2017 X3 Instrument Cluster

Hey there fanatics...

So I have the extended display cluster on my F30 but I have the normal one in my F25 (so depressing to look at). Is there any way of replacing the cluster with the extended display if I happen to find one (probably a super rare chance of finding one).

Should be possible provided you can find one, chat to Gert on the forum who has more experience with your specific challenge. Also check on realoem to see if the digital cluster is available as a retrofit for your car.
If the answer is yes, then if you can find one, should be an easy enough exercise.

EBay has plenty but the weak Rand isnt your friend.
