2011 license disc fee for E90

On average how much are you guys paying for license disc fees on your E90's.

I got my notice in the post today,i have to renew next month and it's R492 for my E82 (western cape)
Why is it that you pay R465 for the E90? E90 is bigger & weighs more? So why is it cheaper than mine?:thinking::dunno::banghead:
