2011 BMW X3 3.5i Waterpump replacement

With 135000 kms on the clock I got that horrible "overheating stop immediately" message on Friday. Did so checked under the bonnet with no overheating signs visible. Start the car and no further problems. Upon Googling same its appears to be apparent that my water pump/thermostat needs replacement.

I intend taking it to Bavarian Workshop in Pretoria the car being out of motorplan. Has anyone been to them and are you happy/unhappy with them?
