2010 X1 2.3d or X3 2011 2.0d

Hey all.

What would be a better buy ? The X1 is cheaper and got lower mileage by bout 30k

Also reading on the forum bout transfer case issues on the X3. Any major issues for X1?

X3 has more space, X1 a bit lighter in weight so fuel consumption might be a tad better.

My dad has an 2010 X3 2.0d and has not had 1 day's worth of problems.

X3 is much better with space and better fuel economy, with an extended motorplan which I'm sure you're going to take its actually a better deal of the two. I say go X3.

Choice of 2 X3s.
2012 2.0l petrol slightly less km with very little specs OR

2011 2.0D ....highly specced with nav, hard drive, Bluetooth etc ? ( more that can go wrong ??)

Better specced diesel or newer model petrol ?

No not the petrol, diesel for sure. I am busy to get a 3.0d X3. There are a lot of 2.0d available, you can get an excellent one
