2009 E90 320d M Engine Replacement

It takes one Friday build car and poor service from a dealer to completely put a person off a certain brand. Hope you get it sorted out quickly.

Have you tried contacting BMW SA?

Ive traded in the suicidal 2009 for a 2010. Congratulations, now they can make a profit on that car for the third time in 2 years (first when bought new, then when i bought it, and now when its fixed they can sell it again). Got another 320d different colour and automatic. Third time lucky? (It's my third beamer) and will be the last.

Was able to get rid of the old one as soon as they approved replacing the engine.

Maybe their brand expectation is just a bit high from clients, but I'd rather buy a Ford and be "ok" with it when stuff goes wrong, cause its a Ford.

BMW SA has been completely useless as well, can't give answers on why things aren't on their system, cannot apologise, and in future won't have to F.U. BMW.

Anyway done complaining. Have a car which I would have probably liked if it weren't for the reasons I bought it. Won't have to drive it for much longer, i'm off to Aus in a few weeks, mom will get the "new" car and she will like it i'm sure.

Case closed.
