Ag it happens can't really complain the e36 has got age and milage and only now it's a problem she did well.... So included in the deal of the f20 is brand new front tyres fitted today. Smash and grab tint full service a gift pack and a hat for me. [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]

On the trade they offering 75k for the e87 as is..... Way under normal trade value

After the repair if you private sell you would be lucky to get R110k,
if I were you trade it as is nd walk away, to have taken any car back to a workshop 5 times in less than a year is a sign that its a dog , cut your losses and move on.

But we gonna take it... Steering auto didn't do us any favours when we bought the car from them.... Cars been giving problems since we got it. So tail between legs. Middle finger to the e87 and steering auto. We gonna buy one that is still in warranty and maintenance plan... Take out the extended stuff and call it a day....

Sorry about the E87, I have a 2006 116i which is at over 342,000Km, never had serious issues either than aircon compressor and hydraulic steering pump and an ignition coil. Lately it has started smoking though.

If a dealer quotes you to repair something , thats the quote, if it then costs more after they replaced what they said is broken you dont have to pay any more. Its part of the new NCA , the consumer is protected against unknown or bad diagnostics, thats why dealers now get u to sign a diagnostics form.
