2009 320d E90 fix or sell

I own an E90 2009 model. Been driving it for 1 year with no issues. Then the turbo blew. Had it replaced with recon turbo. Blew again. They replaced again (not at my cost). The problem was oil pressure so they need te replace the oil pump. But there might be other engin damage. Do I fix the oil pump and sell it or do I spent the extra 40k and redo the engin? The car has 200 000plus km's on the clock. Does the E90 tend to have many other problems after 200 000 km's? Will the car most likely do another 200 000km's or does it have a reputation of having issues with high milage? I dont want to keep spending money.

The problem comes in if you sell it, and it blows again, the guy is going to come straight back to you. Could end up costing you even more with the hassle.

Fix it and drive it.

I think all 2009s came with the N47 motor, so If you decide to swap a motor in, make sure you get an N47 not N47T as it won't work with your harness etc

So lets say you replace the oil pump and sell .. and there are other issues .. so this means the new owner will have to resolve as you selling as is ? On the same breath you buy another 2nd hand car and get the same deal you just dished out ?But could end up spending more .

I say fix it properly and keep it . If these cars are maintained properly they can go quiet the mile .

Ps I have a friend with a 320d bmw with 356 000km .Still running good . Does over 120km of daily driving.
