2005 325i touring

So I was after an e46 touring for years and a customer of mines happened to own one.

I finally purchased this one in Jan this year

Car was clean on body and interior wise.

Mechanical done over the last 10 months

New discs and pads front and rear
New wheel bearings front and rear
New v belts and pulleys
New control arms with bushes
Full service
New expansion tank.
New xenon bulbs and ballasts

The car is a 3rd car so probably gets used like 500km a month.

Future maintenance plans for the next 6 months

Full breather system pipe replacement
Full vanos rebuild
Replace diff and gearbox fluids
There is one or two small oil leaks.

Long term plans

Find a decent m3 and transplant everything over.

And yes the wood trim is back just looking for a good 3 spoke Steering wheel before I send it for the airbag recall.

Otherwise she revs like a banshee does 240 on a straight and puts a smile on my face with her h&r and konig combo

What a find….could be a Lekker project.

Change some items to M-Tech II (seats as an example).

A 330 or S54 engine in there

Future plan is to buy an accident damaged M3 if I can and transplant everything, so not changing anything just yet.
