Been reading up on a couple threads posted on here so i decided to create my own one.

I would like to introduce my 2002 E46 330i 5 speed manual.

Quick back story to the car it was originally a Demo car that was purchased by my father back in 2004. It was used as he’s daily commuter from 2004 up until 2020

I was very fortunate enough to be passed down the car as it wasn’t being used all that often since the world came to a stop #covid lol. So I took over taking care of the car and keeping it up to date with maintenance.

Up until 2020 the car was mostly left stock and original apart from a set of 18” AC Schnitzer type 5 wheels that were fitted in 2007 and have been on the car ever since.

Car is extremely basic in terms of spec with the only option it having is a Sun roof. I am just happy that at least it’s a Manual lol

I will be listing what was done in terms of mods and maintenance by years from 2020 up until now.

For now here is some pictures of the car back when it was stock

Apologies for not updating the thread lol.. here are some pictures I got of the car when it was close to stock as I could find. These pictures date back to 2019. All that was fitted to the car at that time was the wheels and a set of LED halo rings

So the next order of business had to be the front bumper. The OG standard facelift bumper was hideous lol. M tech 2 bumper was next in order.

Now to get the rear bumper as well to complete the look? and bring her down to earth a little more...

My Next Mod I did was maybe a controversial one amongst some E46 fanatics - I colour matched my exterior trims to my body colour.

My reason behind this is actually cause the E46 M3 had no black exterior beading black and I loved how slick and clean it looked from the side without the black to break it up. So after much consideration i finally went ahead and did it. Looking back it actually made the car look weird from the back as it a lot more silver than I was use to lol

That number plate bracket made the front look so weird

I later discovered that BMW sells a number plate bracket delete panel
I ordered it from BMW and got it resprayed aswell. I would say the car looks rather good now far better without that massive number plate bracket. I also took the chance to fit magnet number plates. I used 4 round magnets and 4 round magnets on my actual number plate. I have the number plate hanging lower than it should but magnets have held well even at higher speeds of 200+
