so just got back from the dyno and im very surprised at the results:

I got 126.6 kw
and 222Nm

its supposed to be putting out

125kw
245Nm

i never thought i would see those figures on an 11 year old car
Ill post the sheet soon as i can get a pic of it

now i want to see what difference the chip and full free flow will make :)

edit:
just got off the phone with the dyno guy and the reading is calculated at the flywheel...
he said bwms are the only cars that make what they supposed to on the dyno :)

the reading is calculated at the flywheel...
still good for an 11 year old car i think

streetracer said i should get about 18kW and 25Nm at the wheels so with a 15% drive line loss it should put me up to 145kW and 250Nm on the Flywheel but Ill see when i get it back on this dyno...

i wouldnt wait to long to do the chip, as far as i know its not good to run the car with a branch without a chip. something about the ecu not being able to adjust enough and causing the engine to run lean..
also i dont think you will get to the figures you are hoping for, probably get to 140kw imo.

Cool you half way there. There are some differences with the 325 in the intake but the big diff is the conservative timing at the top of the rev range to keep the power at bay. Once you do the software you will be highly surprised with the gains you have achieved overall.

one of the reasons i got the 323i is i knew there would probably be alot to gain compared to the 325i for the same mods :) (I beleave you don’t really need more than 2.5l to make proper power if you boosting) i may still get a 325i intake and other goodies but im not sure it will be worth it because i will have to make a custom intake for the supercharger anyway :)
