I think by using the N55 components on the 1M if push comes to shove you will still have your plan pulled. Even though its a BMW part if its a big claim the Motorplan representative will draw the line.

Spoke to a M/P representative this morning, he sees no problem fitting the N55 mid section if you buy it from a dealer and they fit it for you. M/P will only be affected if you cut and weld the exhaust. I am waiting for them to put it in writing though. :rollsmile:

Great choice. I still have the wireless kit as I though given that 1M isn't a everyday car, I want to hear the sound!
