1999 E46 328i auto door locking

When i got my wife's "new" 328i last week i had the door locking activated at the dealer. The problem is it locks as soon as you pull off, and i would like to have it lock when the car travels faster than 8 or 10km/h as i often stop along the road when travelling long distances, i get out to "visit a tree" and leave the motor running to keep the car cool, etc. Now, sometimes i leave it in neutral and am worried that it might move a bit by itself and lock the doors when i am standing outside (when i am travelling alone). Have asked the tecnician to set them at 8km/h but he says it can only be set at "pulling off". My E39 and E53 X5 both lock the doors at about 8km/h, so my question is: is he correct or am i?

Adjustable via SSS,Isis, or NCS Expert.

Setting is stored on the key, so if you use another key, the car will behave differently.

Should be possible to be programmed. Mine locks at speed.

Would you be so kind as to see at what speed and let me know so i can take the car back to adjust the locking. Thanks
