Just an fyi this thread is running behind in comparison to the build on whatsapp between tumi and myself so I'm busy getting the thread up to speed. But judging from the responses here I think it's all a big waste of time...

I'm quite disgusted in the behavior of some of you. I'm trying to document a fanatics build thread and you just want to tear everything down and throw discredit my way... witch hunt indeed!

Conveniently the shit stirrers dont have build threads of their own, nor do they post valued content. They wouldn't dare post their work for the whole world to see because of their insecurities. That's why you only see buying and selling threads coming out of them...
Instead of aspiring to a higher level they prefer to "conveniently" knock everyone down to theirs. Their flimsy pedastils are way too rickety to be rocking others...

Once mob mentality steps in people will blert out any garbage and the rest will believe it, no matter how outlandish it may be...

So how is it that only a small group of bandits read my posts wrong and go on the attack when the rest of the forum understands what I was saying? Firstly, I don't know you, and you don't know me. This is the first time I'm commenting on your "build".

I subsequently assume that I'm not part of your biased comments, as I was giving my opinion. If you didn't want anyone's opinion, go write your build and stick it on your wall where there's no comments, opinions and thoughts about it from other people. Questioning parts and aspects of a build is the very foundation of a build thread. You should value the questions and comments rather than attacking anyone who comments.

You pick on other people's builds while we're discussing yours. You "attack" other members for their opinions with cynical remarks on almost all your replies and nonchalantly point a finger at someone who frequents the buying and selling thread. If I'm being honest, you're the one that diverted the topic from the build.

Go read your own posts, then decide if people are justified in their replies to you which initially started off by you suggesting that a lemon was sold. You make it seem as though you're a know it all in mechanics. Frankly, you should get off YOUR flimsy pedestal and look in the mirror.

Most of these replies are because of your poor choice of words, and absolutely pathetic remarks.

As much as people on here may not know anything/much about fixing cars, you may know even less or nothing about the careers they chose. Running back to that fact that you are "Mr know-it-all" about fixing cars does not make you any better than them. The reason I say "fix" is because manufacturers build them, you don't.

btw... if everyone knew how to fix there own cars, there would be no need for mechanics.

For all we know, that motor is still pretty decent.

And for anybody that is interested, I drove this car about a week before it was sold, and it drove absolutely smoothly.

Was running ok. The low compression issue surfaced when the car was cold and battled to start, cranked for almost a minute with lots of accelerator pumping before it fired up.
