I need to replace tyres! For brand new 205/60 15 i will spend just around 2k.

For the same price, i can get style 42 with good tyres.

....aand so it begins:rollsmile:

Clean lines of the E36 will benefit from the planned upgrades.

32's are okayish imo a tad dated, a set of contours gets my vote....

Rather the 32's, you will battle to sell the 15's once you upgrade to 17's. Besides, you need the 17's for the 330i brake upgrade.

I vote for the 32's. It's just so elegant on that shape.

Style 32's are a must...

For now though i need tyres, i have 2k, its either i buy tyres for the current 15's or use the same 2k to get the 42's with good tyres as a in interim. I wont get much for the current wheels, they in bad shape.

I doubt 32's will come in any close to 2k.

Run the 42's in the interim whilst looking for your 32's. I love the 32's on the e46, definitely top 3 wheels on that body shape! :chef:

Your tyres that bad at the moment?

I would rather go for 32's, well save up until one can get the 32's from Gizmo.

Would rather put that 2 towards the 17's tyres or rims

Gizmo has 32's but i cannot afford them now. Going on holiday, Mini costed me 20k. Plus i still have to maintain the E36.

Yeah tyres on the E36 are bad, very bad! The car goes sideways in the slightest drizzle.

Will go see what Shaheen has, maybe he has some 17's at a decent price. Will go that route in the interim then. 17's are better than 16's, especially to resell.

Before you go spending money on the wrong wheels, Im willing to slap on my style 29's which have good tyres on them onto your 323i until such time as you can buy the 32's.

This will be greatly appreciated! I can then give you the 2k towards the 32's and order Tyres so long. I'm sure within the next month or 2 at most I would be able to get the 32's.

Sweet, deal has been made on some rare "old school" 17 inch rims and tyres, no they are not 32's or 29's or OEM for that matter...guess you will have to wait and see...:fencelook:
