Good day fanatics

I am planning on viewing a '05 120d M/T with 240 000km on the odo in next week. The car has a good service history with a new set of injectors. Still on original turbo.
No decat, egr-delete nor swirl flap blank done on the car. Is this concerning?
Aircon/fan not working and I'm suspecting blower motor.

Buying the car for R60k is a possibility.

This car would essentialy be my daily commuter for a 70km return trip. I want to then proceed with the decat, egr-delete, swirl flap blank, replace blower motor and give another proper service on my behalf.

I think I'd sell the car in a few months again and see if it can generate a profit.

Would this be a wise move?

TIA

Definately not going to generate a profit!.

Low ball offer and spend like 30k on turbo, clutch, suspension, EGR delete, Decat, and swirl flap delete.
You going to have a great time dailying the car for another 200 000km!

Parts are easily available and cheap. Makes a nice daily...

The M47 engine is reliable. Just do a swirl flap delete and also check the egr valve is not gunked up.
The biggest concern my opinion will be the auto gearbox. Keep in mind if it goes, its a 30k fix.

Hopefully those big ticket items checks out when I inspect the car apart from the decat etc. I'm planning on doing. I see them selling for north of R80k.
