Mid life crisis averted

Hi All

So I have been looking for a fun/weekend car for a while now especially since my son is growing (turns 3 this year) and has taken a very keen interest in cars especially BMW's and wanted to get something that we could both enjoy and join the forum on runs etc.... It has nothing to do with the fact that I am also turning 30 this year lol.

After alot of searching and asking questions I finally pulled the trigger on this 2006 Z4 3.0si auto. Special thanks and appreciation to Uncle J, Coisman, Jenich and Demontec on the forum who have assisted me with my search.

The car in my opinion is in very good condition considering the age there a few small issues that need to be sorted to get it into near perfect condition that I will attempt to do over time. mileage is at 92xxx kms had full service history from BMW up to 74000kms the last 2 services were done at independent workshops. So far I am really loving the car and the sound of the engine with the top down.

:ty:

Congrats! so I assume a baby seat will fit on the passenger side? and you can turn off the airbags?

Correct with the passenger seat right back there is surprisingly a fair amount of space to fit a car seat. Safety first:coolShake:

Nice. Just please dont be one of those people with the kid standing in the seat...especially in a roadster.

Enjoy!:clapper:

No ways, lol my wife and I are over protective of our Son... People that do those things really piss me off even in a sedan often you see kids standing on the seats against the rear glass:RedNo:

Yeah, It pisses me off too, and I'm not even a parent. Sadly an accident is the only way some people like that learn. :thumbdo:
