Been asked by Fraser to create the official thread for this event.
So here we go.
Date : 23 June 2013
Time : 11:00 for 13:00 till 17:00
Venue : Orion Building, Boeing Road / Cnr 1st Avenue, Edenvale
Charity : Compass

Meetup : Stoneridge Centre (behind Greenstone)

StoneRidge have agreed to allow us parking and will cordon off the underground area for us the night before, so we can get some good pics on the day, and dependant if the TV guys come through they can film us leaving with all our monsters growing, fizzing and popping in underground parking area.
Stoneridge also has several restaurants to get a coffee or a bite to eat before and they also have a Pick n Pay and Toy shop, for any last minute donations the guys want to buy for the Compass kids.
We will be escorted by the Metro Police at 13:00 to the Venue
Parking has been cornered off for the Fanatics.
There are 8 security personnel to look after the cars whilst we are busy.
Purpose of the event : To raise awareness for the charity as well as raise money and obtain clothing for the woman and children that are being cared for by the Charity.
Fraser will add the rest of the info from his side like GPS co-ordinates and google map images etc
