BMW X3 G01 - Rubber mats

Hi all, I bought OEM rubber mats for my X3 as per below image. I was actually looking for mats where the X3 logos are silver as per the 2nd image, but BMW (SMG Tygervalley) says they only supply the mats with the black X3 logos.

Does anybody have any experience with this, is this really the case?

Yes correct, I bought the same and got the mats without the silver X3. You can get the mats with the silver X3 aftermarket

Maybe they just low on stock for all we know but however I actually am enjoying the all black look on the mats, they bode well for wearing out etc. I get annoyed when solver, brushed items get tiny scratches on them and on the floor, they prone to get that so happy for now.

This mat thing is all over the place. Brand new mats just say Model designation in Stamp, while some models come with the silver bits.
Oddly my boot mat (also BMW) has the silver thing, but the floor mats in the car dont.

I am realizing now that there is no standard and potentially while there are different part numbers, based on availability locally/at the factory, the part numbers are circular (ie they point to each other when one isnt in stock).

This means weeks apart, placing the same order and using the same part number can get you different mats depending on local/international availability. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

I tried ordering floor Liners for my car (which btw have a different part number), and was told in SA theres only one partnumber even though according to BMW there are allweather mats AND allweather LINERS (the liners being the one with the raised lips for snow repellancy).
