Bmw e36 touring ever in SA?

Hi guys, anyone know if the e36 touring/estate/wagon was ever available here in South Africa? I would love me some e36 touring.

Don't think so. I believe that the E46 was the first 3-series generation to offer the estate model in our market.

the e46 is no e36, but still the e46 can be really nice

I know what you mean, it feels like the lights are a little small. I think its due to the center line being so high above the lights so the proportions look a little off. But I like it still.

If its a black/blue/dark grey one then it is very rough!! Owner said he will never part with it :-( Think he lives in the Southern Suburbs.

The E36 touring and ti both definitely divide opinion. I'd love either, think they both look amazing. i saw a few ti's a few years ago and probably should have just taken the plunge then...

I would not kick the E36 wagon out of bed, but both E30 and E46 wagons are SO MUCH NICER I don't think I would ever seek one out over either of it's sisters
