Hello everyone

At the moment i have e90 320d 2007 M47 with non start problem and really determined to get it back on road

So what is known so far.

Been checked on diagnostics - rail pressure too low, it was reading live data while cranking and pressure in rail was between 8-20 bar when cranking, no other faults.

Whats been done so far :

Removed fuel line to see if in tank pump is pumping - Yes its working.

Checked fuses and relays, swapped most relays - no difference

Tried easy start - still wont start

Removed back flow from injectors to check for bad back leak, but to my surprise when cranking, there was no fuel at all coming from injectors.

Tried swaping fuel pressure sensor that is at front of the rail (second hand) no change

Tried getting a fuel rail regulator, still no change

I have also sourced a 2nd hand high pressure fuel pump however it made no difference.

Crank and cam sensor was tested and both working perfectly fine

Also, when i removed fuel pressure sensor from from of the rail, i was expecting diesel to leak out badly, as i guess it would still be under some sort of pressure? But there was hardly few drops that came out.

Hi, I changed the engine and the manifold also (had swirl flap delete on the broken engine). I also had to move the wiring harness from the old engine to the new one.

I never got a chance to look at the wiring, I still never got the car sorted. At this point I’m willing to try anything😅
