I used it this past weekend on my 2021 M2 Comp to code out the active sound design, activate mirror folding on lock and also activate the acoustic confirmation when you lock and unlock the car. Everything code coded successfully, i used an OBDLINK CX bluetooth adapter.

@BrandonSA where did you get your OBDLINK CX bluetooth adapter? Lookin to get one so i can run bimmercode off my iphone app.

Remember, if BMW conduct a software update, you can and will erase the *custom* coding done.
Also, very often its not the dealer that will screw up your life with these coding mods or physical customizations.
BMWSA pitch up at dealerships to conduct inspections in terms of the franchisee agreements and sometimes its that guy who sees something weird, or asks why its taken 22 hours of troubleshooting on a car to fix mirrors that wont unfold.

If the answer is, the guy coded this himself, youre pucked.

Holla. i have been using BimmerCode App with with Vgate iCar wi-fi....I must say...it is superb.....i was able to code the followings:
#Deactivate seatbelts chimes and lights( both passenger and drivers),
#Add the ///M animation
#Turn on the door handle lights when the car is in reverse
#Let videos on screen play while car is in motion


However, my car is 2017 F33 420i cabriolet. i am struggling to code mirrors to open / close with remote fob/ key. Also, i am struggling to close the windows with the key fob / remote key.

Anyone who has done that on f33?

All if this can be done with Carly App and dongle as well. I have been using Carly for a year now and it smooth and works well.

They can detect ghost/shadow codes even if you clear it

Simple thing is if you on and plan want to keep it, just don't touch the car with anything else at the moment.

Car is out of plan now, but has an extended warranty cover through BMW. I want to code carplay full screen and the start/stop to remember last setting. Any thoughts on doing it now? I wouldn't think putting the computer on the car for a service etc. will show that or am I wrong?
