Good day Fanatics.
Helping my neighbor out.
He had a big update to his X3’s system software.
When he went back to the my bmw app his car is no longer on the app.
Even when signing back in and reinstalling the app it makes no difference yet his profile is still present on the vehicle.
How can he fix this, all help and comments are appreciated.
