Stumped, N55 335 Misfires

Hi guys mechanic check everything ran a full diagnostic , only error misfire now 5 and 6, as stated before injectors, coils, and plugs are fine, even cylinder head re done, December vehicle idled smooth with a engine light said cam eccentric sensor, we replaced it went to misfire cylinder 6 we opened made sure everything is correct and done new eccentric shaft also and thereafter only GA e an error for wastegate pressure valve, I have replaced and now the car still says misfire cylinder 5 and 6, however it shakes and vibrates around 60km when driving and still says misfire error, my mechanic is suspecting the Dme might be faulty and throwing wrong codes for things not damaged, do you think this can be possible?

Now vehicle idles rough and sputters or misfires etc with engine light on and on diagnostic says misfire cylinder 5 and 6 and before was only cylinder 6 I am so dumbstruck at this point, I am in Pretoria if you guys know any good mechanics that can come out to check if it is the Dme will be greatly appreciated

Oh I have even put in the ngk plugs just to test
