That was an Alpina specific part used by BMW.
The closest you will get to that is the throttle body from an M30 3.3 or 3.5 engine

Hi guys I have a bmw e90 320i car cuts off when I come to a stop.getting a 2c24 fault code .changed oxygen sensors ,coils,spark plugs ,fuel pump ,and checked timing all in oder but problem still present
