Does anyone have n54 a single turbo manifold i can rent for measurements

I have recently done a single turbo on my N54 (E82) and I am making less power (330kW) than what I did on my twins - Stage 3 hybrids (358kW). Could it be because of the custom made manifold?

It could very well be. My E82 went ballistic after the single turbo mod. If I recall correctly it made around 420-440 Kw.

type and size of the turbo, manifold, tuning, manifold, all can have an influence.

Type of manifold … log vs branch vs equal length all play a factor . Then there’s turbo efficiency, size , scroll , fuelling
Wastegate size and positioning
Tuning …

Honestly so many variables that one can’t just say on twins my car made x horsepower and now on a single it makes y horsepower because fundamentally you have changed everything from the turbo manifold to the turbo and down pipe/ screamer pipe ( if applicable )
