I see my signature picture is once again gone.... 😞
So this is the image you added on 24 August right?

Now try to browse to it @ https://cdn1.bbcode0.com/uploads/2021/8/18/5e0f5c9def47973d60d2208569f3dc01-full.jpg

In this case, I don't think the blame is on the forum or it's staff.

I think we should rather have the image uploaded to the bmwfanatics forum itself and use that url for the image where we know we have a policy (not really but we prefer to keep images) of not deleting images. Eg. post the image to your showroom thread or something, then use that url to put into your signature.

Hi Tinuva

I have been testing the code and also cant get it to work. So I reloaded the image and its showing in my signature...I think the bbcode 3rd party software (https://bbcode0.com/) is finicky...it gave me quite a few errors before accepting the image.

I used the method pointed out by you guys to upload the image for signature usage. Not sure why it would vanish from that website?

I can only say that your signature now looks good when using a url to this website (y)(y)

If you want to know why it vanished fro that website, all I can suggest is to reach out to their support and ask.

@Tinuva
I may have asked you before but ignore if I did...:giggle:
Is there a possibility to create a plugin that signatures and avatars can be uploaded directly from one's local media without creating an Url. Similar to uploading pix on the forum?

Since 2010 :oops:

I like that xenforo plugin ....okay lets decide this evening and get it done. I assume an IMG link is a direct upload from ones media on a phone or PC?
