So decided that I did not want to go with the standard E90 M sport CF front splitters... after some time and internet effort I found a sweet pair of CF front splitters... Yes they are the same as Newby 46's...

TEST FITMENT... not bad for an Ebay special...

Some pin striping still to be done to fill the small gaps between the splitters and the silver metallic and I recon the car is done... for now...
