I am contemplating using Zeemax for a M30 turbo and general restoration of a BMW 635csi.

Sure there are "many" partners out there that you can choose. But if you go with Zeemax you get Zaid...and man is he knowledgable...:thumbsup: He will not only give you the best advice and expertise but all his experience which is rare as hens teeth. he will take you through the entire process before work commences & when he has a difficulty with something he will share that with you to consider alternative steps to fix a problem.

Without a question...do i recommend Zeemax...The m3 turbo will be an exciting project for Zeemax...:thumbsup:

if i recall the 635csi is a very rare, classic car and please make sure they take pictures & video of the restoration process....for the forum of course...

i wish you could have been there on Friday afternoon, a woman collected her car after struggling to get it fixed by the regular dealers...she was so pleased with the work that she left and came back with chocolate Cake for the zeemax staff. Now i have been a regular customer at Zeemax for all my toys and i trust their work & Zaid knows exactly what i want done. Zeemax was one of the first independent dealers in the Cape that was prepared to touch the 335 twin turbos when it first came out in 2006...and we did some nice things to my car then & now they got even better...

Discuss your requiements with them openly...get a rough qoute...set clear timeframes and allow Zaid to create his magic.
I had my car there today to have the bilstein suspension tweaked after many attempts by TWheel&Tyre//Autoquip & another dealer...i was grinning this afternoon and this evening because it was tweaked precisely according to my request... :thumbsup:

Sparky...heeeheee...that dude with the ST is actually the exception from the rest...i have forgotten his name now...but is normally around at meets & very friendly & likeable
