ZeeMax and the extra mile

Hey guys,

I just want to share my experience about ZeeMax service and why I continue to send my car to them.

I am not too sure if you are aware, but last week they moved to new bigger premises around the corner from their old place.

Needless to say that as luck would have it, my car conked out with a dodgy alternator on Friday. My car was located on the side of the road so I had no choice but to tow the car. I decided to get it towed to ZeeMax even though I knew that they were effectively not running until the next week. This meant that I would be without a ride for the weekend, but c'est la vie.

To my surprise the guys from ZeeMax phoned me within 4 hours to tell me that they had managed to replace my alternator and that my car was ready.

I really appreciate that they sorted out my car, alleviating a carless weekend - all in spite of the fact that they were in the middle of a difficult move that really deserved their full attention.

I know that they are a sponsor of the site, but I think that real-world experiences speak volumes.

Great to hear a positive sustomer experience. :thumbsup:

In my opinion it's become a norm these days in most customer based industries to put profit before customer satisfaction.
