Hi
I am considering purchasing a z4M coupe
Does anybody have a rough estimate of the service costs for both major and minor services?

Give the dealership a call & ask for a quote, that should give you a rough idea of the costs involved...oh & welcome to the fanatics:thumbs:

The oil service costs about R1600.00. This is with TWS10W60 oil. Inspection 1/2 should be around 7k... Hope it doesn't scare you... Then again, a polo major service with cambelt etc comes in at 8k...
Its gonna be worth it!!! Do it :)

I have my first service/inspection 2 out of mp due in january.
still deciding whether to go to a dealer, or somewhere else

That depends whether you want to keep service history at a BMW dealer or have your car serviced properly elsewhere (just do your homework first).

well it will be the last service I take the car for, so I decided to just go to the stealers, and take a little lube with me

Well i just bought my E90 about 3 months now and sent it in for the first service after owning it at the dealership.....then i decided after the long holidays to take it someone private to have the car checked up and found Air Filters have not been changed, rear brake pads were worn to a point i was lucky if i got another 1000km. So i told the mechanic to do the full service including my aircon filters. And it cost me R3400 which is not bad. Now I am waiting for a day to go them and give them a piece of mind and throw all serviced parts at them.
