F30 defective timing chain guides

Hi @Peter@AEW , Needless to say, another BMWFanatic referred me to you. I'm looking for a ballpark estimate to replace the defective timing chain guides on my 2012 BMW F30 328i built with the N20 engine. I've done about 138k on the clock so far. The timing chain is already showing some slack and the car has a rough idle especially when starting in the morning, so I'm looking to do preventive maintenance. I understand that this involves a lot of work and that various other parts will probably need to be replaced as well, and possibly the chain itself if it's stretched - what would be a ballpark cost estimate to sort it out?

Thanks

To the OP: Please can you provide the rough/ballpark amount, if you do get it. I'm sure there's lots of other owners that would appreciate this info, including myself.
