Hi all...
Ok, so another mod I was thinking of doing that I finally did once I had the right jack... :=):
I know red calipers are not to everyone's taste... but I thought I would give it a try...
Before shot (yes I know the plastidip on the wheels needs some fixing)... but look past that...
I gave the caliper a proper clean using the cleaning stuff that comes with plastidip...
I then used gladwrap to seal off the disc and surrounds, and put a garbage bag on the floor to pick up the over spray...
This is the work in progress... I did around 5 layers in total, with about 20-30 minutes between each spray...
And the final look.... not too bad, I think....
Next up - to redo the wheels properly... either a matte black again, or probably the better looking gun metal type look... some of the guys on the forum have really got that looking great! So I shall replicate!
