Car was on 100 000km so decided that I might aswell get the bearings done at one go. Bearings were done at Dealer. Will post pic's of them.

Used LM 10w 60 with a bottle of Ceratec. Picked up the car from JHB and took a cruise back home. It was quiet engine really sounded crisp and quiet. When I reached RBay that night and revved her to about 5K rpm the induction roar much noticeably louder and this was with a new oem filter in. Mid range power and torque already had more punch in it.

I did another 2K km before hitting the dyno. I used a bottle of octane booster as previous dyno runs. Same dyno used at Stealth HQ.

First run the car made 257wkw and we thought it was incorrect did 3 more runs and the lowest was 253wkw. Prior to the vanos, shims and bearings highest was 240, 237 and 232. I'm really happy with her and again thanks Andy you worked some ///Magic here. keep up the good work.

After the dyno I decided to do a new mid section was hoping for a more deeper sound but it's actually gone more quieter. I tested it over the 400m and seems to have gained 1.5kmh more. I will get her on the dyno very soon to test out the exhaust mod.

Hoping to run into the high 12's.

Some Healthy Gains there Dean :clapper: Your car was a pleasure to work on. Definitely feels like the Strongest S54 yet.

An exquisite example of what an M should be.

Small update. Decided to bite the bullet and import an Eventuri intake for the Z.
Was nicely packaged and well engineered. Anyway did a series of 6 runs with my stock airbox and 6 runs with Eventuri also logged air flow.

See results on graph below:

I've read a lot about this product, great choice in my opinion! I'm sure the sound is great, too.

Dean, looking at your before and after dyno, you seem to have gained 5kw but no gains in torque. The lines are mush smoother though.

Is this what you are experiencing on the seat?

It made 8Nm more on the dyno. The car is way more 'free' now normally I would not pull away 3rd gear from a speed hump when I'm feeling lazy now I can do it.

I fitted original VMR wheels now and it feels even more light on it's wheels.
Car is moving well. We are have a 1km timed event on 11 Dec will post results.
