Hay guys posting this on behalf of a friend.
The little sexy black number is for sale.:inlove:

What we are interested in is what priced can be asked for a car like this.
As i said it has full service history with BMW.
Also the car is registered in Botswana so how would the transfer of ownership work?
The car can be viewed in Lonehill.
Or drop me a PM and ill forward the owners number.

This looks like a very nice clean car. The problem is the Botswana plates. I am talking under correction but if you want to register the car here you are going to have to pay import duties. and I think it is about 45% of the value. Before you can import the car to here there are things that they do to "Protect the motor industry" You can only import a second-hand vehicle into South Africa if you have been granted a permit to do so.

The importation of used vehicles is restricted to protect the local motor vehicle manufacturing industry. Permits are only issued under specifically defined circumstances.

Mainly returning South African nationals and immigrants who have permanent residence are permitted to bring vehicles registered in their names into the country.

Other cars that may be imported include racing cars, vintage passenger vehicles, specially designed vehicles and inherited vehicles.

Before you import a used vehicle, goods vehicle or trailer you must first obtain a letter of authority from the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).

More information is available in the import guidelines on vehicles and components compiled by International Trade Administration Commission (Itac).

Well if they have original South African papers. And is still registered in South Africa I would imagine it would go for round about. 85k and 110k. I would suggest South African plates be put on the car. Otherwise the price could drop pretty significantly.
