Is that with a SW tweak?

No tweak or twerks :crazylaugh:

We ran the car with tue same map and fuel mix before and after, the intention was to check the gains from the DP not make lots of power on the dyno.

On the road, you really feel the midrange gain.

Fair ......

But undercut refers to a seam that has little weld material between the join. Looking at the seam (vetical) the welder uses an S motion as in stiching the two.pieces together . One will be able to see waves created by such motion.

Where undercut is found the weld will be a weak spot an will fail overtime.

Im not even goin to ask did he purge an use stainless rod when he welded.

I find it hard to believe that you can see the undercut properly in these pics to judge. Let alone see the weave done using TIG.

Mild undercut in such a situation isn't a big issue as a downpipe isn't subjected to any loading stresses for the welds to fail prematurely.

Maybe you require NDT to be done on these? Come on, you know once cleaned they pretty much good to go.

So many expert welders these days with so much opinions from just looking at a pic

I also suggest the Xcede should stop doing Lambo's , Ferrari's , GTRs and the likes cause the experts here have spoken

If you cant see two in the first pic an one in the second pic. Then I cannot comment further to those unbeknown Undercut will not occur if one creates an S motion continously. Only need to lift off twice on 4 inch butt to review an rotate . Now to the so called experts I have been involved in weld specifications where they have been no competent local welders to complete such. 16 - 24 inch dia conducted by two welders working in Tandem , root , two fillers an cap. 4-6 hours to complete one weld.........
