Well done to Vinay, 12.4 is the fastest N54 135 in the land I think. His power mods are Xcede remap, downpipes & meth. That's it. We are aiming to run 12.2 at the next event as conditions were not good and we only got 2 good runs in.

Also I broke the record for an X5M/X6M when I ran 12.3 with our mapped X5M. Once again I think we can get 12.1 under better conditions. We will do more mods & aim to run 11's in that X5M.

And to Dean, what can I say? World record bro, world record! Right here in Matuba in damp conditions. Well done bro, I always knew you would be the fastest in the world because no-one can beat your dedication, time, effort & skill. And the proof of that is the world record that your hold. Well done to you and JB for an awesome time. You have always been an Xcede customer & will always be welcome to all our events.

Also Chris & jeremy, thanks for the entertainment in the morning  And well done on the times. N55 & JB4 proving their mettle.

Also Avashen & Cpi for for winning the most hotly contested class, the 4FT. Beating all the K04's on the day & coming out tops is a huge achievement. Like Dean you have also been an Xcede customer with other cars & will always be welcome as a friend to any event. Well done to the other Cpi guys as well.

Leon & FR&R, also a very good friend of mine & we go way back. always welcome bro & your guys drove so far but you proved it with your times, both IHI & K04. We will hook up soon and plan another event.

Stealth guys came out in numbers & ran awesome times. Also welcome at any of our events & we will see you guys soon.

Hi guys, very valid question was asked as to what happened to the exotics & some other high horsepower cars. Simple answer is that all of them drove down to Durban but did not leave On Saturday morning for the 220-odd km drive to Matuba because of the torrential downpours which lasted till 12.

Reasons are many. 1stly many exotics have insurance for specific days & sometimes rain is a specific exclusion for insurance. Also these cars have very wide tyres probe to aqualplaning if one drives for such long distances in heavy rain & water starts to collect. Also these cars are very low & visiblity is not good in the dry, let alone the wet. Not to mention Matuba when it rains is hard to enter as it's a gravel entrance & we had to drive through a lake to enter the field. Supercars would not have made that entrance.

Hope that clears it up, we will host another event & the supercars will be there next time god willing.
