Well done to everyone that participated. Even though the rain dampened the spirits in the morning, some had great faith and waited, some left. Rain stopped at around 10am. The water puddles where swept off and the sun popped out and stayed for the day. It ended up being an awesome event even thought the Supercars didnt pitch due to weather.

I have a ton of pics and about 40 odd video's. Will get to edit them soon and send to Sherwin to post up.

I must say, i had most fun even though i was not even racing. Thanks to whoever was in charge of organising the entertainment, those girls where soooo hot and friendly...

The day started out like this:







So the guys decided to have some fun:

Then we started racing pretty late, but racing in the rain. Everyone was like 2-4 seconds slower than normal in the rain.

Eventually it dried up & there was some decent runs in the late afternoon:

No supercars came due to the intense rain all the way till 10, then on & off till 12. I will get the times later in the week.
