These are the gains on a 135i N54 auto with chip, intake @ downpipes vs stock. Was cold today & the car was breaking out into a slight wheelspin on the rollers after 5000rpm. Best run for the day was 259kw, but I printed the lower of the runs. Runs were on pump fuel 95 RON, no octane boosters at all.

Like I said it starts wheelspinning on the dyno. Here's a video of the best run where it made 259kw at 5000rpm and 256 at around 5400rpm.

And this is the boost:

Hey NoMercy, only 3 cars have the updated stage 2 maps and they are all auto. Who was the guy you hooked up with? Tell him to mail me for a stage 2 map please.

So is it better to dyno in 4th gear, any reason for this, thought the nomr is 3rd with a kick down or something like that?

I do not know if its a norm hence I am asking but I have always made more power running the car in fourth.

Power is the same, but the torque is higher as you get more load sooner in a higher gear. But you can't really dyno a chipped car in 3rd anyway. Will just spin under boost.

So mid range power is higher.

Digging up an old thread! How much of the torque gains are due to the intake and downpipe? I have averaged 483 NM on stage 1 alone (xcede). Or is this a more aggressive tune?
