X35i driven

I recently had teh pleasure of driving the X35i for the day and really enjoyed it.
It is a very practical family car but gives you buckets of performance to go with it and is so drivable.
I really enjoyed it but cant seem to justify the price.
Anyone else driven it already?
Your thoughts?
Is it worth R650k+

What about the 3.0D as well - has much more torque and only 35kw less KW.

Also, teh difference between Sports and exclusive pack on teh road - I hear teh sports one is terible to drive - anyone experience it

I have just bought one and I am enjoying it, just trying to get the consumption down a bit when I get the thrill of that acceleration out of my system.
