Just an update for what its worth.
The dealer principle phoned me last Friday after receiving my email and committed to come back to me once he gets to the office and can speak to the people involved....I am still waiting for him to come back to me a week later.
If the dealer principle can't follow through with client service, then they can't expect the business to run smoothly...his staff will follow his example.
