X3 Clicking sound on pull away

My X3 has a clicking sound when pulling away. Forward or reverse, doesnt matter. Sounds like its coming from the right rear wheel sometimes. Checked Cvs, Propshaft universals, wheel bearings, what else could it be? Transfer case??

A worn-out transfer case will make a grinding sound like a worn wheel bearing, only much more expensive.

Clicking sound could be a CV joint, perhaps check if the rubber boots on the CV's front & rear are still intact?
