Hey guys,

okay so i have the DP & Exhaust done on my car but with a double tail-piece which is connected by means of a Y-piece.

Now i had this before and it sounded kak, now it also sounded kak as well but not as bad as before...but i still hate that air-sound making the car sound like a CitiGolf.

So, what is the best single tail-piece option that you would decide on for a 320d E90 Lci?

I have a Y piece and it was bad when I first got it. It's getting better now. It just depends how they're joined. Mine is joined by a sharp V you need them to be joined more like a U if that makes sense.

Mine as well....i think mine also has that V....in fact I'm pretty sure it has that V on it...i hate that air sound, sounded more decent when i had the droopy tail-pipe...

another option i looked at was changing the rear box and to a "1 in 2 Out" config and running 2 separate pipes to their respective tail-piece.

Then i can keep the sexy pipes and get rid of the sound but then it also going to cost a bit.FFS!

Yeah I know exactly the sound. Sounds like you have a whistle tip :D . powerflow have some decently designed pipes, but I dont like having the logo etched on to the pipe. I was even considering importing a proper tailpiece. Will probably just go with a powerflow tailpiece

I have a PowerFlow tailpiece, what i did was tell them to turn the tail pieces over and face them to the floor when they were making up the stagger for me. my first one had the logo on the top and was a bit ugly for me....
