Wiper Issue

So its raining today in CPT and noticed an issue with my wipers

Starting off:
When i put it in Position 1 ( intermittent ) it works fine
Put in position 2 ( Slow constant ) and it works fine
Position 3 ( FAST ) and it works fine

Then randomly:
Position 1 and 2 will work at Intermittent.
Position 3 will work as Slow constant

sometimes it will just STOP and i have to quickly move it to Position 3 to be slow constant.

is this sign of a failing wiper relay??

I have searched but none of the issues explain like mine..

If your car has rain sensing wipers there maybe an issue with that which is sending incorrect readings.

If your car has rain sensing wipers there maybe an issue with that which is sending incorrect readings.

Its a Pre-facelift and the Screen was replaced.
My screen was replaced with a NON rain sensor one.

Or could it be the fact that the 2004 330i Donar car had a Rain sensor and maybe its erroring out.

Will it show up as an error ?
