Wiper Blades

hey guys, do E46s use standard wiper blades, or those fancy bespoke stuff.
I'd rather go to Midas for a set of Bosch than to stealers for a set of theirs!

wiper blades at the stealership is not that badly priced but you have to have the original blades on the car and just change the rubbers.... it is under R200 for the rubbers

Yeah, i paid like R97 per side to have the rubbers replaced during my last service. :thumbsup:

Midas, autozone, etc, dont have the wipers for the E46, they said it is a special type that can only be bought from the dealer, so that is what i had to do. Only riubbers replaced as previous guys said.

Sadly one on my wipers is broken, so whenever I am at a garage I have to tell them not to lift that one!

I wonder how much a complete set would be for the E39? :thinking:

k@k! I thought so - mine look like regular blades, but it didn't "feel" right when using it so I guess I'm off to stealers.

If you have the std wipers then swap the rubber blades for Durablades. Its one of the things from Verimark that actually work. You get them for R60 a pair at Game. But the best are the new style bosch blades, I battled to find 21inch/22inch blades though.
